Overview:

The SainSmart Mega 2560 is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega2560. It contains everything needed to support the microcontroller; simply connect it to a computer with a USB cable or power it with a AC-to-DC adapter or battery to get started. The Mega is compatible with most shields designed for the SainSmart Duemilanove or Diecimila.

SainSmart 3.2" TFT LCD Display is a LCD touch screen module. It has 40pins interface and SD card and flash reader design. It is a powerful and multifunctional module for your project.

The TFT shield is 100% compatible for the Mega2560 to expend more Pins

I like the moodules, but when I try to xompile the example (just the graphic example), I get an error when the SetFont function is called. It says "error: no matching function for call to 'ITDB02::setFont(uint8_t [])'" I suppose there is something wrong with the ibraries, althoug I can see the function in the file. Anyone have any ideas? (Posted on 3/6/13)

Nice touch screen! Love it. This kit is easy to install, don't need other wire, good for beginner. If there are manuals to download, that would be much better. But after contacted the support team from Sainsmart.com, I already got one. (Posted on 7/16/12)

I have delt with SainSmart folks on purchases. They are good responsible people and I think, in this instance, since the shipping is free to anywhere in America (only $5.00 to anywhere else) I would not hesitate for one more hour to get this kit from SainSmart for 54.99 and neither should you.
