This board is mostly based on Adrian's Pololu_Electronics and work by Tonok. It is compatible with A4988 and 8825 driver.

I Was a little nervous as buying some electronic parts can be hit or miss. This so far has been a HOME RUN!! I have not had any issues with my prusa recognizing this board. All functions work as they should! I might add that there are no jumpers included for the ramp controllers so you will need to buy some if you expect to micro step the RAMPS boards!
This card works for my 3D printer project.
I had to replace an existing controller card in my 3D printer. This one worked out of the box, and was programmed and running in minutes.
First off, I purchased the kit with the arduino mega and 5 stepper motor controllers. The rest of the kit was excellent, but the ramps board was a complete piece of garbage. Everything on the board worked fine except for the heater/fan controller FET's. It took me almost a day to work through all the things I thought it could be. Until I finally considered it could be a huge manufacturing defect, one so ****** I almost don't trust sainsmart anymore. The FET's that should have been on the board were for some reason 12V linear regulators (It took me a while to realize this because I am not an EE). I will not send the board back for replacement because I need it to work now, I don't trust these boards from you guys anymore, and the board is fairly inexpensive. I am building the circuits myself on a separate board, and having the design checked by an actual EE. I understand this was probably a manufacturing issue, but it should have been caught in quality control. In short, I would not purchase a ramps board from sainsmart. I would purchase other things though, the arduino and motor controllers I have from them are excellent.
Good product and manufactored well
I was a little skeptical at first of the product but I purchased it anyway along with the 5 drivers. The products I received were built well, the soldering joints were solid and the board turns on when power is applied. I haven’t gotten around to driving any motors yet but since nothing blew up when I applied power, I am sure they will work just fine and I can’t wait to try the boards out. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy something again! I have also had to send a few emails with questions to Sainsmart about the product and was pleasantly surprised at how fast the reply was. The only downfall is that the datasheet on the boards are a little vague but, with a little research and thinking, you can figure out where and how everything should be plugged in. But, just in case you can’t, you can always ask!
Need more product
If sainsmart have more items about 3D printer that will be good. This board is good and cheap. Im looking for the other to assemble a complete marchine.
Cheapest price i could find for 3D printer board. Seller responded to my emails quickly. Order came within a week. Definatley will buy again from sainsmart.
