    good price BUT...

I have ordered a few items for arduino projects from sainsmart and I am not sure I will order from them again. There support is terrible. The LCD2004 product description states that you will get documentation, but I received no documentation, nor is there any documentation post on the product page and NO tutorials on there Wiki. Searching the forum took me to a link on some web store site that had the answers I was looking for to get this thing to work. Sain Smart REALLY needs to beef up their support and documentation for the products they sell.
