Thanks to the new formula (glass fiber blend with nylon) the ePA-GF glass fiber filament has higher strength and rigidity, less warpage and more resistant to wear and tear compared to the traditional nylon filament.
Nylon is a special filament due to its inter-layer adhesion and low friction. The ePA-GF glass fiber still keeps nylon filament’s properties. It has great performance when printing, very smooth, no jamming at all.
This filament is widely used in making both strong and flexible industrial parts, prosthetics, medical equipment and complex costumes, etc.
Each inch of the filament is precisely engineered to +/-0.05mm error rate. Consistent round shape avoids unexpected interruption in printing.
The Nylon Filament Blended with Glass Fiber is a new material for the 3D printing users.
Compared to traditional nylon, this new material has higher abrasion resistance but lower
compression. It is widely used to print high quality functional parts for aerospace, automotive, machinery, chemical and other fields.
