TFT LCD Adjustable Shield for Arduino Mega2560
This is a TFT LCD Adjustable Shield for Arduino Mega2560
- Works in 3.3V, connect modules to Mega 2560 through this board
- Support both 16 bit mode
- Has an adjustable button for LCD display.
The SainSmart TFT LCD module works in 3.3V voltage level and you need to use cables to connect with Arduino Mega. And this shield can help you out of the bothers to use other cables. You just need to plug the module to Mega through this shield.
This shield supports both 16 bit mode. And Mega board has enough pins for using SD card and touch function at the same time.
It also has an adjustable button for contrast of the LCD display.
WHAT'S IN THE PACKAGE
- 1 x TFT LCD Adjustable Shield
Be warned. The MOSI MISO pins are switched around and your SD card slot on the opposite side of the Display PCB will NOT work (when using SainSmart 3.2" SS1289 TFT). The onyl ways is hardware modding. Look for version 2.0 or 2.2 of the same shield (like the Elecfreaks sell). That works out of the box. This issue has been recognised by many (Google it) but for same very ****** reason SainSmart keeps on selling this version. The TFT LCD is awesome though.
Very nice! I have used it for several days and haven’t had a problem so far.
I just want to say: it’s good enough for me .I will buy your products if needed.
The product works fine. I have not yet tried to build my own code, but the company code works fine. I wish that the company develop an example of how to display digital measurement from a sensor to the screen using the product, but it is not necessarily, because one can figure it out. Thanks
