Robot Arm

Sales support is excellent. Technical support responded after only two weeks of multiple requests. I give them the benefit of the doubt because they finally came thru with good information.

installation were easy and the arm is sturdy enough for my application

Bought this robot arm together with arduino mega. I thought I will have a hard time setting up because I have no experience dealing with robotic. To my surprise, installation were easy and the arm is sturdy enough for my application. Overall. I am happy with my purchase.

Five stars because it arrived nice and sturdy.

Five stars because Arm came in nice and sturdy, (no lose screws) arrived on time (On a Sunday) and great packaging. (Extra bubble wrap). Now if you ask me about how well it functions, I can't help you there. I have yet to buy the mirco controller.

Highly recommend

This thing is amazing. Using the rpiware.com educational kit, I am able to control with *amazing* accuracy. I also recommend buying servo extension cables, for strain relief.
