By participating in the Maker Contest, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility: The contest is open to residents of the United States, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Austrilia, aged 18 and above. Employees and family members of the contest organizers are not eligible to participate.

2. Submission Guidelines: Entries must be your original work, and you must have the rights to the content submitted. Inappropriate or offensive content will be disqualified.

3. Winner Selection: Our panel of judges will choose winners based on creativity, originality, and overall craftsmanship. All decisions are final.

4. Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash. Any taxes or fees associated with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

5. Publicity: By participating, you grant the contest organizers the right to use your name and submitted content for promotional purposes.

6. Liability: The contest organizers are not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the creation of your DIY project or as a result of your participation in the contest.

7. Privacy: Your personal information will only be used for this contest and will not be shared with third parties.

The SainSmart Show Your Workpiece Contest is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older, residing in the United States, Canada, Europe, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
Requirements: a. The DIY project must be the original work of the participant.
b. The DIY project must be created using SainSmart products or tools (CNC, laser, 3D printer, etc.).
c. Multiple entries from the same individual are allowed, but each entry must feature a unique DIY project.
d. Any entry that violates intellectual property rights, contains inappropriate content or is deemed offensive or harmful will be disqualified.
e. By entering the Giveaway, participants grant SainSmart the right to use their submitted works for promotional purposes.

Winners will be selected based on the following criteria:

• Adherence to Theme: The project should align with the event theme.
• Creativity: The originality and uniqueness of the project.
• Craftsmanship: The overall quality of the work, including attention to detail.
• Visual Appeal: The photos or videos you submit are as attractive as possible.
• Story/process: Interesting story about the project. Or the carving process of the project you want to share. That can attract some attention.
• All decisions are final.
