PEBA is a block copolymer combining rigid nylon (amide) blocks and flexible ether blocks, balancing strength with elasticity. In many metrics, PEBA can surpass standard TPU: rebound, lightweight, chemical resistance, low-temperature performance, and fatigue durability.

For example, Fillamentum’s Flexfill PEBA 90A lists a printing temperature of 225–245 °C, low density, and flexibility at –60 °C.
