Customizable Softness, One Filament
Flex TPU Air gives you full control over hardness—from 77A to 93A—simply by adjusting printing temperature and speed. Print denser, stronger parts at lower temperatures, or activate foaming at higher temperatures for lighter, softer results. One filament, multiple feels.
Ultra-Lightweight Without Compromise
Powered by advanced active foaming technology, Flex TPU Air expands up to 172% in volume while maintaining strength and elasticity. It can reduce weight by up to 50% compared to standard TPU, allowing 1 kg to print the same volume as 2 kg of regular TPU—ideal for large models, wearables, and comfort-focused designs.
High Resilience That Bounces Back
Designed for performance under pressure, Flex TPU Air quickly returns to its original shape after compression. Perfect for footwear, sports gear, wristbands, and other applications where softness, durability, and long-term comfort matter.
Smooth Matte, Soft-Touch Finish
Enjoy a premium matte surface with reduced layer visibility and a soft-touch feel. Ideal for grips, protective cases, and skin-contact products where comfort and aesthetics are equally important.
Built for Wearables & Beyond
From sports gear and insoles to grips, protective cases, soft toys, and medical support devices, Flex TPU Air delivers lightweight, flexible, and resilient performance. Designed for DIY makers, wearable tech innovators, and professional applications alike.

Print Tips
Enable Retraction
Always enable retraction to reduce stringing and oozing. Keep retraction distance short for flexible filaments.
Printing Speed
Use moderate speeds (≤50 mm/s recommended). Slower printing improves surface quality and ensures stable foaming.
Extruder Temperature
Set nozzle temperature between 210–270 °C based on desired hardness. Lower temperatures produce denser, stronger parts; higher temperatures activate foaming for lighter, softer prints. Increase temperature gradually.
Bed Adhesion
Use a heated bed at 40–60 °C. PEI sheets, glue stick, or painter’s tape help ensure reliable adhesion and prevent warping.
Test Print First
Run a small test print before full jobs. Fine-tuning temperature, speed, and retraction significantly affects foaming performance.
Cooling Fan
Apply moderate cooling to balance surface quality, dimensional accuracy, and stringing control.
Storage
Store filament in a sealed container with desiccant to keep it dry and maintain consistent print quality.
Extruder Type
A direct drive extruder is strongly recommended for optimal control when printing flexible filaments like TPU Air.
