Improved Frame & Full Upgraded
Equipped with CoreXY architecture and large size print volume, the Coreception adopts the X-axis of 370mm linear guide, dual Y-axis of 350mm linear guide and the double z-axis and frame structure. This upgrade in height allows for taller prints as tall as 13 inches to be printed, giving you more room to unleash your creativity compared to the other printers. Deliberately customized silent drive module TMC2208 to create a quieter and more comfortable printing environment.
With direct drive feeding design, printing without drawing can support multiple types of filaments; upgrade to carbon crystal glass platform, making the model easier to stick, giving the printer a faster printing speed while delivering high precision prints. It also supports the resume/pause print feature available.
Appearance Upgraded with RGB lights
Innovatively add RGB led lights on the printer and 3 modes are available for selection: monochrome, flashing, and speed control. RGB has a total of 7 colors, which can remotely control the flicker frequency and change color in addition to the daily white light illumination model. Added fun, especially at night to make the printer look cooler.
The Coreception features a new extrusion nozzle, which has the advantages of good heat dissipation, fast heating, smooth discharge, and no plugging, up to 260°C / 500°F; The hotbed heats up quickly, up to 100°C / 212°F.
Easy to Assemble with DIY Fun
Our simplest kit yet! Quick assembly in just 15 minutes. The Coreception partially-assembled kit allows you to learn about the basic construction of 3D printers as you finish putting it together. The Coreception provides a fun STEM educational experience in mechanical engineering and electronics.

Operator error of some sort. I would edit my review if I could.
It goes together fairly easily. The instructions were decent for me. There are some things that could be improved upon, like the z stop brackets being 3d printed when everything else is really nice quality, or the fact that so far I can't get octoprint to connect to it??? (You say it's marlin 2 based) Why are you taking steps to lock that down or not taking steps to enable it? But overall I am pleased with the unit. It prints very well, is quiet compared to my Ender3 and A10. Happy with the purchase.
Great printer. Easy to build, sturdy, large print area and it prints great. The touchscreen display is nice and bright and well organized and easy to use. Easy to load and an open feed design that makes it easy to clear jams and see what's going on in there as you load or unload filament. I have two other printers and this one, by far is my favorite. I've only been using it for a a little over a week but I have found a couple of downsides. First, the manuals and documentation. There is a manual on the SDcard and, SS will give you the link for more online manuals if you ask. Why this link isn't on the printer sales page i'll never understand. Anyway, the manual is only for putting together the printer. There is no "how to use it" manual that i've seen other than youtube videos people have made. So, IF this is your first printer and you have no experience, you might have some difficulty getting started with this printer. Second, the infeed. The filament port into the feed motor is way up on top of the printer and the filament spool is on the side. So, unless your plan is to put the spool up above on a shelf or mounted on the wall, it would make sense to have a bowden tube from the filament sensor on the side of the printer, running to the feed motor. These ports are even sized for it. But none is supplied which, added to a lot of frustration until my tubing arrived. It could have been almost perfect if they had just supplied the additional $5 part with the printer. Oh well, like I said, a very very nice machine.
Printed on first try. Very nice machine. Very easy to assemble.
This printer is Awesome. Great print quality, solid build and good support from SainSmart. It really does a good job. I haven't been able to get the led lights to work, but that's not a huge deal to me. I updated the firmware with that found on the SainSmart website. Following that I calibrated the steps/mm for the extruder. I have had great prints since. The printer locked up after pausing from filament runout, but not since updating the firmware. The printer came well packaged and was quick and simple to assemble. Overall this printer is a great deal and deserves a good look! I bought on sale with about $100 off. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-baI8N3xS4k
