DSO203 is based on ARM cortex M3 (STM32F103VCT6) 32 bits platform, providing 72MS/s sampling rate with integrated FPGA and high-speed ADC. Internal 8MB USB disk could be used to store waveform, user application and upgrade firmware.


Note: Due to the metal conductive shell of DSO 203, its operating voltage should be controlled under 40V during working in case of any damage to the Quad itself or human

    Good scope for its size!

    I've been using oscilloscopes for over 50 years now, and have seen them all. That ranges from our $6000 Tektronix scopes at work, and a number of scopes I've owned over the years. My current unit is an Owon 100 Mhz scope, no longer in production along with a Tektronix scope, and a DSO150 scope. This tiny scope has a lot of features, especially for its size. It does a decent job on a 1 Mhz square wave, impressive. I've used it a number of times out of my workshop, out of the house. Things like troubleshooting Radio Control equipment at the flying field. I didn't give it 5 stars due to severe problems with several extra probes that were also ordered. I got charged for them, and after some 25 emails, found they were never shipped. I had to order them from Ebay. After several months, SainSmart refunded the cost of the non-shipped probes, AND, they refunded the cost of the probes I'd ordered from Ebay!. So, I guess that wasn't to bad.

    Nice compact scope. Easy to use, and love the 4 channel capability.


    Great little o-scope, needs better documentation

    Love this little oscilloscope. They could seriously work on the manual, though. It takes a rocket scientist to try to glean anything useful from their attempt at documenting it. Spend the time to decypher the manual and you'll love it, too.

    Great for automotive!

    I use this for automotive application. Works great so far! Very happy with my purchase! I have scoped cam/crank sensors, ignition coils, injectors, etc. it is definitely small, but does give good pictures! Helped me find a bad alternator diode.

    Great for jobs when you need to make floating measurements.

    This is a surprisingly well-featured mini scope. I get along fine with my bench-top scope for most applications, but occasionally I need to float my scope to measure analog signals that are not referenced to ground while measuring TTL signals. I just could not justify spending a lot for another scope just to decouple from earth ground; this miniDSO is perfect for the job and at the right price-point. The ability to take screen captures and download them to your PC makes reporting simple. It does take an hour or two to get used to the interface. Once you get used to the interface I found it very smooth and quick to make my measurements and then save the settings. The miniDSO is a a tool that pays for itself in a few hours. I especially found the miniDSO very useful when I bought the "TopStilwell Universal Black Solid Aluminum Desktop Stand," also at Amazon (see the photos). This stand can be bent upward slightly to display the scope on my electronics bench and still allows perfect and stable access to all of the control buttons.


    Very nice portable scope

    I bought this scope to do Arduino measurements while away from home and might use it at home too! It's a great little scope and with calibration capabilities, I'm finding it to be a very useful tool in setting up power supplies all the way out to sensor measurements. It will be invaluable for sensor value readings! With the sale price I bought it for, I am thrilled that I finally broke down and bought it. Lastly DHL had my order to me in record time, 3 days! I would have given 5 stars across the board if it had one simple thing, a stand! I will be machining a stand for it, for sure!

    Great for beginner

    It performs well as expected. I am new to oscilloscope, this is way enough for me to view signals. Not bad at all!
