Reçu rapidement ( c’est pas Amazon tout de même….) Bel emballage , le graveur ne craignait rien : super et même un peu délicat à déballer…) Pour le reste c’est moins élogieux: pas de notice en Français ( French)… P our connecter le laser , au premier étage à mon Mac ( désolé je suis un OVNI) au rez de chaussé le câble était un peu court … Ma BAMBOU s’est connectée par WIFI sans câble bref nous sommes dans un monde .. dépassé. J’ai du connecté u!n vieux Mac Air mais mais il faut télécharger les Drivers par la carte fournis( heureusement) .. J’ai craqué et repris la lecture de mon livre… demain sera peut être plus calme ?

I have to say Sainsmart customer support is awesome. Had a minor issue with my first L8 and it was fixed fast with no need for returns and downtime...awesome customer service. Packaging is awesome .. the machine arrived in tip top condition. Absolutely no regrets at choosing this machine.. It has a learning curve like anything else but there are so many resources for help and learning how to use it. This machine handles everything I throw at it and I have barely scratched the surface of what it is capable of. So far ceramic tile, wood and slate .. all handled with great results on the 20W. I have had other laser engravers, the kit type.. but they were not as easy to master.. the camera makes a huge difference. The bed size and safety aspects are huge plus's for me while teaching my son to use these machines. I would 100% recommend this machine to anyone starting out and wanting a solid machine with great features and great support. I just got my second one set up and I am looking forward to many more hours of experimenting. I highy recommend the air filter addition if you work in an enclosed space like I do. I also got the roller kit with my second L8, but haven't had a chance to use that yet.
